Dr. Kemi Eunice Akande, a Postdoctoral Scholar (from Newcastle University, United Kingdom 2011-2013). She holds a PhD and MSc in Animal Science and was the best MSc student with distinction in the Department of Animal Production (Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Nigeria 1999). In addition, she was awarded the Kwara State Agricultural Development Corporation Prize, for the best final year student in the Farm Practical Training Programme (University of Ilorin, Nigeria 1995). Dr K.E. Akande is an academic whose teaching and research experience in higher education has spanned over several years both in Nigeria and the United Kingdom. Her research findings have been published in several journals and conference proceedings nationally and internationally. She is a Registered Animal Scientist in United Kingdom (R. Anim. Sci) and also a member of the British Society of Animal Science (BSAS), as well as a member of the Nigerian Institute of Animal Science (Registered Animal Scientist (RAS). A member of several other professional bodies. She has standard qualification of the European Computer Driving License (ECDL) recognized throughout Europe for competence in computing, awarded by the British Computer Society (BCS).
