Dr. Magdy Mohamed Ismail
Dr. Magdy Ismail joined the Dairy Technology Department, Animal Production Research Institute, Agricultural Research Center as an Assistant Researcher in March 1993. He holds a Ph.D. in Dairy Science from Dairy Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Mansoura University, Egypt. Dr. Magdy Ismail works as Professor of Dairy Technology in Dairy Technology Department, Animal Production Research Institute, Agricultural Research Center, Egypt. He has over twenty-four years of experience in dairy technology. He published more than seventy papers about dairy science in many scientific journals in America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. Also, Dr. Magdy Ismail published many issues about foods in different magazines and newspapers in Egypt, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Qatar. He participated in Expert Consultation Meeting on the Status of the Cold Chain in the Food Sector in the Near East Region. Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations, Cairo, Egypt, 5-7 July 2011. Also, Dr. Magdy Ismail participated in Expert Consultation Meeting on Small-Scale Dairy Sector Development for Countries in the Oriental Near East, Food and Agriculture Organization, Cairo, Egypt, 12-14 July 2011. Dr. Magdy Ismail has served as a journal reviewer for numerous peer reviewed journals such as Journal of Dairy Science and International Journal of Dairy Technology.
